About Us
Capital Technical Expertise Operational Delivery
Alice Infrastructure Capital LLC (AIC) is a U.S.-based Infrastructure Investment, Operating and Maintenance Company based in the U.S. with offices in Venezuela and the UAE.
An investment and asset management firm. We commit our own capital, and we manage what we commit it to.
Alternative infrastructure in the emerging and developing markets. Energy, telecommunications and financial institutions, at sovereign and quasi sovereign counterparty level, held across the full life of every position.

AIC brings together international technical expertise, U.S. suppliers, leading equipment manufacturers and specialist logistics companies to accelerate the delivery of complex infrastructure projects. Our technical and operating capability is underpinned by access to financial resources and investment structures designed to move projects from opportunity through execution and into sustainable operation.
Given our background in raising capital for major asset procurement and deployment, we specialize in maintaining rigorous Asset Management Systems that feed our Integrated Logistics Support engagements.
We are investors and operators, with decades of experience raising and deploying capital and successfully managing the operations and maintenance of the projects and assets in which we invest.
Our team has delivered and managed projects across South America, Africa and the United States, covering sectors ranging from real estate to critical infrastructure, with particular experience in Oil & Gas and Energy Infrastructure.
Invest. Rebuild. Operate. Maintain.
We combine capital with experienced people, engineering expertise, OEM relationships, international procurement and integrated logistics. This provides AIC with the capability to identify opportunities, mobilize resources and deliver complex projects in markets where execution capability is as important as access to capital.
01Investment Management
We originate opportunities directly with ministries, national companies and state institutions, and underwrite each investment from the physical asset record. Technical condition, maintenance history, jurisdiction, currency, offtake, construction and counterparty risks are assessed individually to determine value and the appropriate investment structure.
We structure each position around security, tenor, governance and exit, combining our equity with export credit, development finance, limited-recourse debt and risk cover where appropriate. Investment decisions remain discretionary, with portfolio construction managed across sectors, regions, counterparties and market cycles.
02Asset Management
Our involvement continues after capital is committed. We establish clear governance rights and an agreed investment plan covering capital, timing and operating targets, then measure production, availability, integrity, safety and financial performance against that plan.
We actively manage sustaining and expansion capital, liquidity, working capital, refinancing, compliance and asset standards throughout the investment life. Monetisation is considered from entry, with potential exits through contracted production, refinancing, asset sale or public-market transactions.
Where a transaction warrants it we bring capital partners alongside us, and the position remains ours. Stated plainly, because it matters to a regulator as much as to a counterparty: we commit our own capital as principal and we do not manage assets for third parties.
Capital formation
Experience on both sides of the financing.
AIC invests principal capital and manages its investments for the long term. Our role is to bring the capital structure, the asset and the operating capabilities together, working with engineering organisations, equipment suppliers and delivery partners.
Our principals bring 25 years of infrastructure capital-formation experience, with approximately US$5 billion arranged and executed across South America, the Caribbean and West and Central Africa. This prior work was undertaken through global banking and development-finance platforms, at sovereign and quasi-sovereign level.
